Shipping your package
Packages are generally dispatched within 3 to 10 business days after receipt of payment. They are shipped via Colissimo with a tracking number and delivered with signature. For some items, packages can also be collected via click & collect at the Galerie de Sèvres in Paris (4 Place André Malraux 75001 Paris). Whatever the delivery method you choose, we send you a link to track your package online.
Shipping feeds includes preparation and packaging costs as well as postage. The preparation costs are fixed, while the transport costs varies according to the total weight of the package. We recommend that you consolidate all your items into one order. We cannot combine two orders placed separately and shipping charges apply to each of them. Your package is shipped at your own risk, but a special attention is paid to the fragility of the objects.
Box sizes are appropriate and your items are properly protected.
