Dinner plate created in 1756, paired with a decoration from 1765. The bouquets, painted freehand in petit feu enamel, are all different. The marli is enhanced with gold combing on an agate blue background. Sèvres marks under the foot.
An art object entirely handmade by our craftsmen in the workshops of the Manufacture. Shades and variations may appear from one piece to another, making each one almost unique.
This plate was created in 1756 at the Manufacture de Vincennes. It was first mentioned among the pieces moulded in a biscuit kiln on 12 April 1756, but it was not until sixty pieces were delivered to the Comte de Choiseul in 1759 that this plate was named after him. The bouquet décor was created in 1761.
