Small rabbit sculpture in porcelain biscuit, created by Henri Vallette at the turn of the 20th century for the Manufacture de Sèvres. Sèvres marks at the bottom.
The sculpture is entirely handmade by our craftsmen in the workshops of the Manufacture. Shades and variations may appear from one piece to another, making each one almost unique.

Henri Vallette was a Swiss sculptor born in Basel in 1877. Mainly an animal sculptor, he also executed numerous commissions, including the bronze bust of the poet Paul Valéry and the monument to the mothers of the 14th arrondissement of Paris.
Some of his works are in the collections of prestigious museums such as the Musée des Arts Décoratifs and the Musée d'Orsay.
